The starting point for the mural was a stylized logo, a simple image of a tree with butterflies between the leaves, which symbolized nurturing and growth. The children ages 4 and 5 helped create the mural by pressing clay into leaf, butterfly and star molds then using left over clay for underground creatures and rocks.
